My Background
I am a lawyer by training (LL.M) and hold an MBA, with over twenty years of experience in law firms and other expert organisations. I have served in senior leadership roles — including Managing Partner and Chair of the Board — where responsibilities extended far beyond legal expertise to business management, people leadership, governance, and ownership‑level decision‑making.
Having lived these roles myself, I understand the realities of leadership in professional services, especially in partnership‑driven organisations — the pressure, scrutiny, internal dynamics, and personal responsibility that come with senior positions.
In addition to my leadership roles, my conflict‑resolution work has given me extensive experience with the professional and interpersonal dynamics that often surface in complex roles, relationships, and high‑stakes decision‑making.
I also have formal training in Executive Coaching.
I work in English, Finnish and Swedish. While based in Helsinki, I travel for work as necessary.

My coaching approach reflects the realities of senior professional and leadership work.
I do not offer predefined models or coaching frameworks. Each engagement is shaped by the client’s context, leadership responsibilities, the decisions they are facing, and the realities of their organisation. My coaching style is tailored to each client’s situation and to the role we agree at the outset.
I work alongside clients as a thinking partner, supporting them in clarifying decisions, navigating challenging dynamics, and leading with confidence and integrity in environments where expectations are high and support is limited.
